 Great Phone! Nov 11, 2008
This phone has been the best I've ever owned. I originally bought the base and two handsets about three years ago. I have not had a problem or have yet to replace the batteries. We've moved into a larger home and wanted to add an additional handset to the mix. Which brings me to my purchase with Amazon and couldn't be happier with the results. I'm quite please with this Panasonic model and have yet to experience a disappointment.

I needed this as the fourth phone in my system. I have been very happy with this system. It is very easy to set up and use.

THE SITE SAID THE ITEM WAS IN STOCK, I ORDERED IT, THEN 6 OR 7 DAYS LATER, RECEIVE AN EMAIL ADVISING THE ITEM WAS NOT IN STOCK. MY CARD WAS CHARGED ON THE DAY I ORDERED THE ITEM, AND A WEEK LATER I AM TOLD I WILL BE ISSUED A CREDIT. I AM DISAPPOINTED IN THIS TYPE OF REPRESENTATION WHICH I DID NOT EXPECT FROM AN AMAZON REFERENCED SITE. IT MAKES ME QUESTION WHY AMAZON WOULD LET SUCH A FIRM SELL ON AMAZON. AS OF TODAY, I STILL AM NOT CREDITED THE MONEY ON MY CREDIT ACCOUNT. I WILL FIGHT THE CHARGES WHEN I GET MY STATEMENT IF IT IS NOT CLEARED UP BY THEN.

We had a two-handset Panasonic system and wanted a third handset. This product works perfectly as an add-on to our existing system. Be aware that it is not a stand-alone telephone--it works only as an add-on to certain Panasonic base stations! Making it work with the base station is a simple process explained in the base station manual. This handset has a great speaker phone built in, displays caller ID and call-waiting ID, and has amazing range--several hundred feet in my experience--enough to cover our entire house and yard.

Panasonic KX-TGA560B 5.8 GHz FHSS GigaRange® Expandable Digital Cordless Handset I ordered this as an addition to by original phone. It is easy to program to the base unit and has great sound just like the orginal one no static at all
