Eh.. It's alright, better for some. Nov 16, 2009 I wanted to use this headset for gaming but it didn't really work too great for me. First of all, for some reason it only fit good in my left ear, not my right (which I like to use). This is probably a problem with my ear shape(lol) and also, it wasn't something you could easily take on and off quickly. It felt like it was loose and the shape of the ear bud was awkward. The sound quality was good but not great, but would have been acceptable for my needs. I did like the volume control and mute feature though. Overall, I can see the quality in the product but it just wasn't for me so I decided to return it and go back to an over the head headset.
Comfortable headset Nov 13, 2009 I bought this headset as a replacement to the last plantronics headset predecessor to this one. I liked the old one so much that when after 5yrs of use I replaced it with an identical model(couple of upgrades) when my old one broke. Comfortable and crystal clear.
Very good sound, but doesn't last Nov 04, 2009 This item works great: the sound is very good, and it really does negate wind. My one major complaint is that it doesn't last very long - I find myself ordering a new one every year and sometimes sooner, which isn't nice when it costs as much as it does. By contrast, $5.00 ones I've had before last forever. So could the manufacturer please fix this?
Works well, but difficult to use Oct 27, 2009 I like the multifunction aspects of this headset, such as being able to use it on both my regular phone and my computer (it's perfect for Skype), and the USB interface. The sound is great, on landline and Skype.
But it takes so much effort to place it properly in your ear, and to get the rubber thing under/behind your ear. If the phone rings, you can't just grab it and put it on. The inconvenience alone loses two stars.

great for people that wear glasses Oct 15, 2009 it is a great head set
i wear it for up to 8 hours a day and it is very comfortable and does not hurt my ear at all
it fits well and does not feel like it is going to fall off constantly
plenty of cord and the volume controls are easy to work with
the mute button does make a click sound that the other end can hear but that is my only real complaint with it
all in all it is a great head set especially for people that wear glasses it is very comfortable as opposed to a dual ear head set
