If you are not completely satisified with Toktumi, return your adaptor within 30 days for a full refund. 

Please mail your adaptor and your order number from your order confirmation email to us at the address below:

IMPORTANT: You must include your order number with your shipment for us to be able to process your refund.

After you have returned your adaptor, you can cancel your Toktumi service using the Account/Billing menu item in the Toktumi software, or by contacting us at support [at] toktumi [dot] com.  Toktumi cannot provide refunds for service charges already billed.
